Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the pre-order purchase of products offered by Diogeneage (“Company,” “Diogeneage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing a pre-order through our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-Order Nature of Transaction

Certain products offered on the Diogeneage website may be identified as:

“Pre-Order”

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

the product may not yet be manufactured, completed, or available for immediate shipment;
shipment timelines are estimated only;
specifications, packaging, formulations, and availability may change prior to final release.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

Any shipping dates or delivery windows displayed on the website are estimates only and are subject to:

manufacturing timelines;
ingredient availability;
packaging supply;
regulatory review;
logistics delays;
customs or carrier delays;
events outside of the Company’s reasonable control.

Diogeneage does not guarantee shipment or delivery by any specific date.

3. Payment Authorization

By placing a pre-order, you authorize Diogeneage to charge your selected payment method according to the terms presented during checkout.

Depending on the product offering, the Company may:

charge the full purchase amount immediately;
authorize future balance payments prior to shipment.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Cancellation

If a shipment delay materially exceeds the originally estimated shipping window, customers may be offered:

revised shipment estimates;
cancellation options;
refunds where applicable.

Diogeneage complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection requirements regarding delayed shipments.

5. Product Availability

Pre-order availability is limited and may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

cancel orders;
refuse service;
discontinue products;
modify product offerings without prior notice.

If the Company cancels a pre-order, customers will receive a refund of amounts paid for the canceled order.

Diogeneage makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe products, formulations, packaging, and expected benefits. However:

product images may differ from final production versions;
ingredients, packaging, branding, or formulations may change;
statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Products sold by Diogeneage are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diogeneage shall not be liable for:

indirect damages;
incidental damages;
consequential damages;
lost profits;
delays caused by third parties;
manufacturing interruptions;
shipping carrier failures;
regulatory delays;
events beyond Company’s reasonable control.

Company liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the applicable pre-order.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to first contact Diogeneage customer support to attempt resolution before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

account suspension;
cancellation of future orders;
collection activity where permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Modification of Terms

Diogeneage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase shall govern the applicable transaction.
