2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The Program is a performance-based partner system.
There is only one Partner level in the Program.
Participation is independent, non-exclusive, and revocable.
3. PARTNER ACCESS & CODES
Initial access:
– Selected influencers receive codes directly from Diogeneage Inc.
– Customers may join after purchase by invitation after purchase.
Each Partner receives a unique Partner Code.
4. PARTNER BENEFITS
– $30 discount (one-time purchase)
– $20 discount (subscription)
– $50 commission per one box of Qualified Sale
5. SALES MODEL
Each Partner promotes using their code.
Each sale generates:
– customer discount
– $50 commission for Partner
No multi-level commissions apply.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
During the 30 days after purchase.
7. NON-MLM
No levels, no downlines.
Direct sales only.
8. OBLIGATIONS
Truthful promotion.
No medical claims.
Affiliate disclosure required.
9. PROHIBITED
False claims, spam, misuse.
10. IP
Company owns all IP.
11. TERMINATION
Company may terminate anytime.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
No disclosure of business info.
13. DISPUTE
California law, San Francisco court
14. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Partner responsible for taxes.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the full agreement.
